This is an American World War Two rate of climb indicator of the type fitted to most USAF combat aircraft, including the B17 “Flying Fortress” P-47 “Thunderbolt” and P-51d “Mustang”. It was made by Bendix instruments and appears to be in serviceable condition although it needs an overhaul.
